  I only gave forbidden planet 3 stars, because they don't cater for disabled patrons. They have a little ramp they can use to help you up the step into the store, but you have to gain their attention first. Once inside the store you can't actually move around with a wheelchair. The aisle are too narrow, and if you dare, you can't view many of the items as they are too high and out of reach. Books are in the basement, which is accessible via stairs, so not reading for you if you're wheelchair bound. Despite the crampt conditions and lack of access, they do have an excellent range of items and the staff are knowledgeable about the items.
