It's a shame such a worldwide high street brand has backstreet practices. never experienced such rude an awkward environment. Went in to have a look but I think I had placed myself in a dictatorship. The lady manager is far from management material rather her role needs to be defined as a, do as I say whilst I chat away. Its funny how all the feedback is about the store yet no one mention customer service !!! The irony.
