  The staff at richer sounds really know their stuff and go above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. Ollie was our salesperson and I can't recommend him more for helping to decide what we needed and taking a genuine interest in the subject matter, knowing model types had which specifications. We never felt pushed into a purchase and they even helped find us a taxi to go home in! First class electronics shop, I won't go anywhere else.
