  Had a suit ordered for me by a friend. Staff were great, and helpful as I didn't know if it was hired or purchased but they managed to find the order quickly. Great customer service whilst trying on and checking measurements for the suit and a friendly goodbye.

  I was there on Nov 14th 2017 and came away with two suits and other items. Roger who is 71 yrs young and clearly loves his work and the company was extremely attentive to my needs even though we were interrupted by a fire alarm and I had to return later.   I was trying on lots of suits and did feel almost sorry having to keep asking for further help and assistance but Roger was great and never minded.   I generally don't submit reviews but felt my shopping experience was really enhanced and memorable having met Roger.
