They do not advise you on the returns policy when you buy. Recently purchased a car seat from here during the closure of the company. Was mis-informed on a product and then mis-advised again that I could get a refund if it doesn't fit Spoke to staff members and they refused to refund or even exchange to another product which was more expensive. Customer service is shocking and am not surprised this place is going to the dumps.
